Grabbed a bonus late one at Hove today 3-4pm at the King Alfred, after a
work trip into London. Cobbled together the surviving top and bottom
sections of my pair of snapped masts and rigged 5metres, set like a dream.
Plumped for a slightly bigger board and had a tidy hour out there. Quite a
bit of pumping required and maintaining speed was essential. Some dtl if
you could get over the rip effect to earn a few swoops on reasonable sized
swell. Quite peaky today, not many rides lining up for more than 2 turns.
Good jump ramps, some decent air, but was desperate for about 5 knots more
wind.
